- ASAlex SteinApr 30, 20261.0Been coming here every single day if not every other day for i dont know how long, today me and my fiance walked to grab some breakfast and when there was something in my food (honestly looked like mold but didnt take a pic so can't say for sure) my fiance took it up to the counter for me and was greeted by the most disgusting attitude from a taller woman with red hair and tattoos basically accusing her of trying to get off and continued to try to say smart comments and being very loud with other customers in the lobby, to also add on every other time I come here my bagels are hard as rocks, the manager is amazing no shade to her but alot of the staff here have no idea how to work in customer service.
- DFdestiny fioreApr 26, 20261.0I’ve been going here for breakfast occasionally and every time I go here I hope the food will be better and I know Dunkin isn’t going to have life changing food even at a good location but they seem to mess my order up half the time, 9 times out of 10 my food is cold and disgusting and the last two times I went there I almost puked because some lady had a booger on her fingers and it smeared onto my bag and the next time I went (think I would’ve learned my lesson after that..) I get a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and it had some type of sticky fuzzys on the top like mold or someone had dirty hands and made my food.. it’s just disgusting here and wind gap is so much better. Just drive the extra 10 mins.. definitely worth not being disappointed
