He was holding my items until he was “ready to give them to” me. If I could give a 0 on service I would, never coming here again.

When I said there was a cart of donuts and how was I to know that they were really out of what I ordered. Eye roll and snort from employee was my answer. And this was after I asked them if they were aware the app was not working and I was told, “It is 11 o’clock, of course we know.” Just rude and sassy for no reason. I am done paying money to be treated like this every other time I frequent this business. By saving my Dunkin money, I can frequent Starbucks!! By the service one receives here it is VERY apparant they do not have any competition because if they did I think things would be managed very differently.

I was on hold for hours. Looks like its a fake. I put 2 cases in & no answer there either. They took my money & owe it back. Since they are experts at playing invisible I will have to continue to find a way to contact Corporate. This branch is horrible in every way. This double charge occured on 9/21. I have 2 cases in since they did not respond. I will look for other means to contact Corporate. This branch needs to get its act together. The management is rude & not helpful. They curse & yell at customers.
