- SHSiobhan Harding6 days ago1.0I will never be giving out business here again. We were looking forward to this burger after a long day only to get home, unwrap everything, and they didn’t even give us what we ordered. At first I thought maybe they forgot the cheese on mine so I added cheese, until we realized they forgot the fact these were supposed to be two bacon cheeseburgers. They barely gave me any condiments and didn’t even put on the mushrooms. Given that the bacon cheese burgers are more expensive that’s already an issue. Now looking at the label we see they gave us only a bacon burger. My husbands burger wasn’t even a bacon cheeseburger. So are we supposed wade through all the fries, open the foil right there, and inspect every single layer now?? Thanks for making our terrible day already worse. For this amount of money I could go to a sit down table. Do not eat here! Do not even go near the store. We will never be returning after this. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
- MMMonétOct 2, 20262.0I just spoke with the manager at this location and he sounds lazy. My order was wrong and he claimed that my name was not in their system when I have a receipt the name on it. My name was spelled wrong on the order but I did spell the name the way it is on the order. No apology for the order being wrong.

- SBSuri BAug 16, 20261.0Asked to use rest room for kid. They did not allow until something is bought. So inhuman. This franchise sucks
- SMSheena MAug 2, 20261.0The service was trash. The food was disgustingly disappointing. The fries was swimming in grease ( see photo) and the milkshake was 10% milkshake and 90% whip cream! They should be closed down! The nerve to sell this mess!
Frequently Asked Questions About Five Guys
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.
You can read more about the story of Five Guys at www.FiveGuys.com!
How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
