They send me these great coupons on certain items I eat and need in my diet and then when I go to buy them which are in mainly in the fish area they didn’t come in so what’s the point of sending the coupons!! I have called Customer Service and same story .. so sorry here’s ur gift card and we will improve it .. obviously not!

No one wants another app on their phone just to grocery shop, and so you can glean our data. Just stop. I've been going to this store since it was in Kennett, and some of the same people are there. Store is usually clean and well stocked. But prices are high, and again, the stupid app. Listen to your customers, not what some marketing analyst tells you to do. I know people who have stopped shopping there over it.

I was previously a fan of this Acme for their selection, and would drive 25 miles out of my way to go here. Tonight: they don’t seem to have baskets any longer. Too bad, I needed about $100 worth of small items. NO SALE. I am done driving out of my way to go here
