  This is the third time I walk in this place and I walk out without food. They are so rude and ignorant the employees work here they are so lazy. There’s zero customer service they don’t say hello no thank you no goodbye. They were out of guacamole on display and I asked if they had any my first response was, I don’t know we gotta check no one ever checked when I was about to walk out I heard the Manager say we have some in the walk-in box so that’s what they got it and I wanted to order three large size one pico de gallo one guacamole and one queso then they told me that they don’t make the large size of pico de gallo. You can only get the small one. I said I’ve been coming here for three years and buying it. She says well it’s online only so I said you can’t sell me a big cup pico de gallo she said now and this is my third and last time that I come in the store and the manager was laughing at me on my way out. Chipotle is going downhill because of the bad service. I own a restaurant do you want my opinion? Do not come to this location? They’re lazy they don’t even wanna serve you.

  There's 10 people in the kitchen and only one person was doing anything with customers. The person making the bowls would just randomly walk away in the middle of the order with no explanation. If we weren't on a road trip with the dogs in my lap and trying to make a toddlers bedtime I would have come in and asked to speak to the manager. One of the workers even rolled their eyes when my wife ordered a kids meal. We LOVE Chipotle. My toddler has serious allergies and Chipotle is amazing at being accommodating with everything being made to order. We'll be back at Chipotle but this location in particular is abysmal. Steer clear!

  This was the smallest Chipotle bowl I’ve ever been served. It’s 6:05 p.m. on a Thursday, and they were already out of grilled vegetables, pico de gallo, lettuce, and corn salsa. Despite missing so many basic ingredients, they still charged full price. Tiny portions, poor preparation, and no effort to make it right. It was an absolutely terrible experience, and I’ll never go back to this location.

  Not sure why this location can't get it together. 5pm and there's no pico..that means there won't be for the rest of the night.

  I've come here almost everyday this past month and they haven't disappointed a single time. I'm pleasantly surprised by this location. They're always ready when i pull up and fill my bowl up each time. The workers here are doing a great job.
