    Absolutely incompetent. They squeezed 10 tacos into their smallest bag, crushing every single taco, and gave us 3 sauce packets when we asked for 10 packets because we had 10 tacos. 10=10. Understand?!

    The customer service was so good I thought I was at Chick-fil-A for a second. Seriously, though don't go to the one Brookhaven. Make the drive to the one in Aston. Your order will actually be correct and the food won't look like it was thrown together in a careless sloppy mess (Brookhaven Taco Bell is the WORST).

    Ordered delivery and to say this is the worst is an understatement, tacos had been instead of beef nice try .taco was 90% lettuce. Do better

    Friendly service but this place is a joke $18 bucks for this shit lol it’s about equivalent as driving through a bad looking neighborhood and seeing a Taco Bell . And you know to pass that lol this is the same experience pass it and go to the one in Claymont in front of the Home Depot. Don’t waste your money here.

    When and there to use the bathroom. After about a minute, an employee came in. I can see him through the crack just standing there for minutes. After I got out he was pretending like he was washing his hands. Literally no soap, no water and then walked out. Pretty sure he was watching me and or recording me. This happened on April 25th 2026 at around 12 o'clock.
