I noticed on your reviews you give the same answer...that's sad.....

The girl behind the counter was rude and clearly didn't care what she gave me. There are dozens of complaints about her being rude and messing up orders! HELLO!!!

This always concerns me because food attracts bugs. The woman that took our order was not nice nor pleasant. Seemed annoyed we even walked in the door, missed my side order of pickles we were charged for too. My biggest concern is the cleanliness of this place, not even the poor customer service.

The young lady answering the phone was less than enthusiastic and answered by saying “Primo’s, We close at 8:00”…. I said ok, I’d like to order two sandwiches. “Deep Sigh” on the other end of the phone. I order a Caesar sandwich. Her response “By the time I turn the oven on, it will be 8:00”…. I said I didn’t know that was a hot sandwich. How about the Schwartz’s? “Deeeeper sigh” “Fine, Which one”???? No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Food service 101. If you want to walk out at 8:00 close at 7:30. You take order until closing time and close with plenty of time to clean and prep for the next day.
