  Shopping here on weekday mornings is one of my favorite routines. The store is quiet, shelves are freshly stocked, and it's easy to move through the aisles without feeling rushed by other shoppers.

  I ordered through Giant direct for pickup 6/29/26 and they gave me meat from 6/2/26. That’s disgusting. Shopper beware.

  Giant is really good- great produce selection, prepared foods, SUSHI WEDNESDAY!...but my beef comes at the end of the shopping experience. Not enough cashiers open when checking out, and the dreaded automation when you self-check out. I'm not a fan of being yelled at by a computerized voice who scolds you THE MOMENT YOU SCAN YOUR FIRST ITEM to "PLACE YOUR ITEM IN THE BAGGAGE AREA. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PLACED IN THE BAGGAGE AREA" constantly throughout the check out experience. Usually takes the human cashier monitoring the area 3 or 4 visits to reset my register because it doesn't like the weight of my item or thinks that I'm stealing. Then after you pay, the voice admonishes you to take all your bags and get the hell out of here. I had an emotionally unavailable mother so the entire process is triggering 😆. All they need to do is change the computer's timing so that it factors in shoppers are trying to find the right orientation to place the item in the bag, setting up a new bag, or double bagging something that is heavy. It drives me INSANE and it has made me go to Lidl or Acme or Grocery Outlet to avoid that experience.

  I got a cake today from this giant and it had two stickers one saying vanilla and one saying chocolate. The chocolate was inside the packaging with the cake. So I took a butter knife to see what flavor this cake is it's chocolate. It's my son's 13th birthday he doesn't like chocolate. I called customer service which they said they would contact the manager and the manager will call me. I have yet to hear back from anyone. Do better at labeling your cakes.

  I really enjoy stopping in here whenever I need to stock up on groceries because the aisles are always organized and easy to navigate. The selection of fresh produce is usually impressive, and I can almost always find exactly what is on my list without any hassle. It is a reliable spot for a weekly shopping trip, and the staff are generally helpful and pleasant whenever I have a question.
