  Went thru the drive thru, little to no wait. The sundae was great, they were generous with the ice cream and topping. Also this location had ample parking.

  We went to the Aston Dairy Queen Sunday April 26th to use the buy one get one blizzard for 99 cent offer. When we arrived we tried to place our order and were told they had no ice cream. However that was the last night to use the coupon before it expired. We were then told they would honor the coupon due to the inconvenience if we came back the next day. We then went back Monday around 9 pm, and told the drive thru person the situation and what we were told last night.At first the kid was not understanding what we were saying. Once he did he simply said in a rude tone “ I honestly don’t know what you want me to do.” And then sat there in silence until we spoke up.He didn’t even attempt to help us out, no getting a manager or even a simple “ we are unable to honor that despite what you were told.” It was like talking to your teenage son at home he had no care for his job. So we ended up having to use our reward points to get a BOGO blizzard instead. Completely unprofessional of the kid.This isn’t the first time this location has been like this. It’s almost as if this location is completely ran with no adult supervision.

  This Dairy Queen location in Aston has great staff members that are attentive towards customers standing waiting to be served. When I arrived the employees were working out of 2 windows and serving pick up orders while another employee would be taking orders in the other window. Good job on multitasking for quicker wait times for the desserts to be ready for pickup. Keep up the good work 👍 -Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.

  Things to help make your visit (and the person behind you) even smoother: Try not to add too much to your order at the window. A cone or a (pup) cup is easy, but making a blizzard from start to finish will inevitably take time and when dealing with ice cream, every seconds counts. 😊🍦 If you are unsure of what you want, it would be best to park and figure out the current blizzard menu or come up to the front of the store where you can be helped. The front of the store is also more ideal for orders with more than 5 blizzard items (give or take)
