  Food taste good and the folks working behind the counter were nice, but the manager Jennifer was very rude to an employee coming in for shift and her ride. There were much more important things she could have attended to at that time. The fact that none of the lemonade or juices were available and that every table in the place was a mess. Especially considering that they were not busy at that time. That same manager was using the same gloves while handling food, touching a note pad on a dirty table in customer area, was doing something at register, and while eating food in the rear. She then began making bags of chips. She also left the notebook with corporate information contained on the dirty table in customer area. The tables and beverage area were not attended to during my meal and looks like at all today. Also, the code for the bathroom wouldn't work. I get if there were a homeless issue nearby, but there isn't

  This is my second time I came to this Chipotle where the front staff making the orders were rude. Today the young worker was extremely rude. I asked for fresh rice when she was going to serve me rice that was at the bottom of the container and she got an attitude. I asked her was i upsetting her and that only made her more upset. She said she wasn't going to argue with me and i told her i just want some fresh food. But, she replied she didn't know when the rice would be ready, and on and on. I had to ask her questions about the rice, when was it coming, how long for each. Instead, she only asked the worker on rice after i asked her to. Craziness. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Once i got my food, she tossed my food towards me. No workers should take a customer wanting to PAY for fresh food personal. For me and my company, these are all the things that make us stop coming to your establishment.

  Went in to get a burrito bowl. The person at the counter taking my order says “what do you want?” I say “burrito bowl” then they proceed to say “rice? beans? protein?.. etc etc” all while grabbing the container. Rushing absolutely crazy. Zero customer service skills. Had AirPods in. Portions were extremely sloppy and the bowl was literally thrown together. I asked for corn salsa and they said “no corn.” Being out of an item is fine.. why can’t you say something more than “no corn” like “sorry we’re out of that.” Cashier didn’t say a word just entered what the other worker said and that was it. I tapped my card and then had to reach and grab my food. Icing on the cake was when I went to grab napkins and silverware trash was literally stacked up on the counter cause it hadn’t been taken out for awhile clearly. There was also no forks. I went back to the counter and asked for a fork and the worker said “no forks” I said “you don’t have any silverware?” They said “no.” Just ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Why is this an acceptable way for employees to operate a business? This was 8/16 around 8:50pm. Won’t be returning.

  The portion is ridiculously small. One serving at this location is only about half the size of what you get at other locations. Just a heads-up—be careful when ordering here.

  My order was supposed to be ready at 620 for pick up. We arrived at 620 and it’s 645 and no one has even asked us why we are waiting. There are 6 people working and at least 6/7 people waiting on orders.
