  I was in this location for the 1st time and I must comment on these things; the food was fresh and very very good, and the service from the counter girl who’s name was Irene; was so friendly and professional, she was really enjoying her job and it made for a great dining experience, I am not in this location often but, will be each chance I get.

  Every time we go to the Chipotle in Aston, the line is extremely long — usually a 20+ minute wait just to get to the counter and find out they’re out of chicken, rice, or other main ingredients. Then customers are told it’ll be another 30+ minutes before anything is ready. This has happened at least 4 different times now, so clearly it’s an ongoing issue and not just a one-time thing. What’s even more frustrating is that the staff never seems friendly, apologetic, or concerned about the inconvenience to customers. Not to mention, the store is losing a lot of business when multiple people are walking out empty-handed after waiting all that time. Better management, communication, and preparation are definitely needed at this location. Unfortunately, after multiple bad experiences, I won’t be returning.

  ALERT this location is not honoring the “a little more” request the ceo described and not honoring Chipotle policy. They said no on my first request for a little more, I was not being excessive with it like some videos on the internet. They are being skimpy on portions. I asked the manager for her first name so I could call the GM and describe who I dealt with at the store and she refused to even give me a first name, unheard of!! Many other better locations in the area.

  This place is terrible. I never even got my food because 3 or 4 different DoorDash drivers kept leaving after waiting too long for the order. I waited almost two hours before finally having to cancel the order. Completely unacceptable.

  We got there about thirty minutes after they opened. There was only two people in front of us in line. It still took a long time to get to us. Both the white and brown rice were nearly empty and they didn't have replacements ready, So they were scraping the bottom. There was multiple cross contaminations for the the different items to the point where I asked if they had an extra hot sauce because there was multiple things in there. Cheese and sour cream were in it the lady said she doesnt have more hot sauce ready but she could try to avoid it, thats disgusting. Then I get to the cashier and tell him that there's gonna be three of us. He got upset by this that i'm paying for three people and tries to make me cash out one by one instead of paying all at once. He started flirting with his coworker and calling her babe instead of paying attention to our order. Once we checked out he forgot to add the third drink, after I told him multiple times there are 3 of us. He gets more upset and started complaining about it. At that point I told him the truth, I told him they are very slow and their line was very dirty. At that point, he proceeded to tell me to never come to this chipotle again. I told him I won't. He continued to be rude me, telling me again not come to this place. After this when I went to the bathroom and there was a employee coming out of it that was also very rude. I just wanted to go in after him instead of entering the code and he squared up acting like he wanted to start a fight. He ask me for the code trying to intimidate me. I showed him the code on the receipt, then he tried to half laugh it off saying he was just joking. This is absolutely one of the worst experience I've ever had at Chipotle. Also as we were leaving the employees began mocking us. Unprofessional rude staff.
