  I was really happy to see a Chipotle in this area. My first few visits I chalked up to them just opening and being busy but it’s been the same experience if not worse every time. Lines to the doors, dining area a wreck, missing food items and sides. I’ve had several occasions of no rice. This is Chipotle! It’s only this location. Because I’ve been to others and they’re business as usual. I feel bad for these workers, they deserve better too!

  Worst experience at a Chipotle. Workers on phones, no food prepared at all, sink completely overflowing with dishes. Me and my girlfriend waited in a line with only one group of 2 in front of us for 20 minutes just to have them tell us they had no white rice. When they finally got us white rice, they told us they were out of chicken when making both of our orders. My order was finished and sitting out getting cold while we waited another 15 minutes for them to cut up the chicken. Once they finished hers both of our food was cold. Worst experience at a fast food store I’ve ever had.

  I ordered 2 quesadillas online. To start I walked in and told them my name and asked if it was ready. I immediately got attitude from the worker. I then waited about 20 more minutes and still nothing so I went back up to the lady and asked again if it would be done soon. Again straight attitude. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting I got my food. She almost threw my food at me and my boyfriend said have a good day and she made a comment and walked away. I got home to open my containers to see that I was missing multiple things. 4 out of 6 sides were missing. I’m usually very relaxed but this is just unacceptable. First attitude multiple times and then missing multiple items. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Every time we go to the Chipotle in Aston, the line is extremely long — usually a 20+ minute wait just to get to the counter and find out they’re out of chicken, rice, or other main ingredients. Then customers are told it’ll be another 30+ minutes before anything is ready. This has happened at least 4 different times now, so clearly it’s an ongoing issue and not just a one-time thing. What’s even more frustrating is that the staff never seems friendly, apologetic, or concerned about the inconvenience to customers. Not to mention, the store is losing a lot of business when multiple people are walking out empty-handed after waiting all that time. Better management, communication, and preparation are definitely needed at this location. Unfortunately, after multiple bad experiences, I won’t be returning.
