- BEB E3 days ago1.0Believe the bad reviews you read here. The service is terrible, the location is dirty and it’s very slow. Chipotle Corporate, if you’re listening: Your employees are not following clean food practices. They are not announcing names when food is ready, nor are they putting food on the mobile order shelf. Literal number - my order was delivered 25 minutes late and sat on the shelf in front of me for several minutes, even after I checked in with the staff on time for order pickup.

I’ve been going here for over a year and the staff have no care for their job. The fountain is also broken and they don’t clean up the trash so it’s always overflowing.

- LRLandon ReedApr 30, 20262.0Hands down the worst chipotle I've been to. Complete lack of self awareness on the staff and an inability to perform simple things. The line itself wasn't bad, but when you got two people working the to-go line and they're both working on the same order (a bowl with quac) there is a problem. I came up they said 10-15 min, cool, I come back 20 min later, another 10-15 min. When one of the employees calls a name out to the growing crowd of customers waiting for "10-15 minutes" on their orders, they whisper each name. Mind blowing that someone could go into a business and demonstrate such a distain for their work and the people paying for it. Believe me, I worked in a restaurant for around 4 years, it can be hard to deal with larger orders, but at least show a little bit of care. Nobody was even hassling them, they just didn't want anyone to eat I guess 🤷♂️. P.s. it was a kids meal...be fr. P.p.s you can't cancel the orders either 😑.
