  Will never order from here again (used DoorDash) Impossible to speak to a person. I wanted to speak to someone about their safety protocols because my staff member has celiac disease. They have a helpful allergen guide on their website but the AI menu just refers you to the website. Even the staff member I spoke to said “yeah they probably won’t get back to you.” Not professional at all and lost my business. HOWEVER- the staff member I spoke to was extremely understanding and apologetic. She personally remade the order for me to ensure safety protocols occurred. She was the only save to this place.

  Not even close Google pin just spent 15 minutes wandering around looking for the location that’s nowhere near where the pin says. Please fix your Google profile to not inconvenience your guests. I will never be back to this location. If I needed to work out, I would go to the gym. Also, no ice on a 90° day real nice.

  Today is Friday 21st of August, 4:20 pm, i usually come here and have no issues but today the white girl that was working here today should not work with people, she got mad at me because i explained to her, i didn’t want her grabbing my chips with the same gloves she touched the register with, that’s dirty, then the way she was making my food I just told her to let the guy finish it because she is too angry for me. Get another job if you hate people.

  I absolutely do NOT recommend this CAVA location in Ardmore. My experience was extremely concerning from both a customer service and food-safety standpoint. I asked for a side of pita with my order, and the employee at the register was immediately unwelcoming and had an attitude. He then grabbed my pita **with his bare hands**. When I politely asked if he had handled it with his bare hands, he said yes and rolled his eyes. I had to specifically ask for a new pita and request that he use gloves. What made the situation worse was the response from management. The manager on duty witnessed the situation and did not correct the employee, address the behavior, or even apologize. Regardless of a restaurant's glove policy, directly handling ready-to-eat food with bare hands in front of a customer and then responding with an attitude when they raise a sanitation concern is unacceptable. The lack of concern from management made the entire location feel extremely lackadaisical about cleanliness, food handling, and customer service. If this is what customers can see happening, it makes me concerned about the sanitation practices we **can't** see. Would not recommend this place to anyone if you care about your health!

  A family member put me on to Cava about a year ago now. And trust me when I tell you. This is in my opinion the number one spot to dine out. Their variety is unmatched. serving stations are always Clean, hot, stocked and ready to go. This can be said for most of the different locations that I have visited. But this location specifically stands out above the rest. The staff here are fast paced yet they keep friendly. And an added bonus, there’s one smile in particular that shines the biggest & the brightest. The “GOAT” is what I’ve chosen to dub her, but Layla is her handle! In an already chilled and inviting environment that is Cava. Layla’s up beat and can do vibes prove to be a Cherry on top kind of thing. There’s an other location that is actually closer to me and I actively drive past it to stop at this location. This is my honest review of Cava & this specific location as a whole. And a Special shout out to the lovely Layla, because even when closing time was around the corner she still Gave 100 percent kindness and was ready to assist. 😉👍
