  I had an amazing experience at CAVA thanks to Reana! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and make great recommendations. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and she made sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Even during a busy rush, Reana stayed calm, professional, and kind to everyone she helped. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the food was excellent, but Reana’s outstanding customer service is what made this visit memorable. Employees like Reana are a huge asset to CAVA. She represents the company exceptionally well and turned an ordinary lunch into a five-star experience. I will definitely be coming back because of the service she provided, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.   If a fast food restaurant and a five star Michelin restaurant had a baby it would be Cava. Also, the people who work here are easy to make conversation and aren’t stingy about portions.

  Ardmore Cava location is hands down the best cava location. Honorable mention today is Leila, at the to-go station. She was on top of completing my order and has a kind welcoming aura to her 👍🏻 Good job team

  Calvin was amazing! He serviced my friend and I with respect and professionalism. There were 2 people trying to steal and he handled the situation with class all while making sure to protect both his coworkers as well as the patrons in the store. I would definitely be back to this Cava, especially if Calvin is there!

  Food was great wish I could say the same about the nasty attitude of the workers. The one serving the toppings was the worst of all. Mean looks and unwelcoming attitude. If it weren’t for the awful customer service tho would be my new chipotle. Never again.
