  Staff speaks English with extremely heavy accents and does not understand some basic English phrases. Slow, but good food when you get it.

  This place would be a solid spot to grab a decent bagel if it weren’t for the management. Every time I’ve come here it’s the managers want to be argumentative with both customers and also other staff. They throw food around in a huff, don’t secure their hair properly, and truly act as if you being there to spend money is a bother. I am so sorry that I don’t know his name, but the ONLY decent person I’ve encountered there is a black gentlemen who’s always in the background trying to clean the place up. He’s always at least smiled and acknowledged me, and seems to always be putting an effort in to making the place clean and looking nice.

  I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! No hygiene! I very seldom leave truly negative reviews because I try to find the best in each place I go but when a restaurant is just plain nasty I will speak up. I was here a little while ago and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and their cheese steak thinking why not? Not only was I the only person in there and it still took 15 minutes but it was dumbfounded by the lack of sanitary care the female cook used while having her air pods in and talking to someone pretty loud. She’s got one glove on and one off not changing or cleaning her hands between cracking eggs and handling other food/ cooking instruments/ trash/ products. I was pissed and still am. I’m watching this happen an im just disgusted. The food went into the trash and as I thought about saying something & I thought better to type it out. Don’t give me your bs company line about reach out to us and how you care and wanna improve and blah blah blah. I’m not the first here to comment on your lack of hygiene. This store should do a whole staff overhaul and I pray no one gets food poisoning from here.

  It is considered a service worth $.50 per bagel, to slice the bagel I'm taking home to freeze. Grocery store bagels from now on, where the bakery will slice the bagels for nothing...
