- C1Critical 1May 2, 20263.0I went there at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon to buy a dozen bagels. Three employees were behind the counter, two mopping the floor and one doing nothing in particular. The store was empty. I was the only customer. Not one of the three acknowledged me or made eye contact. After about ninety seconds, I was about to walk out when the one doing nothing deigned to take my order. I will resume traveling the extra distance to patronize the MB in North Wales. Apparently, customers are too much an inconvenience here.

As I saw mobile orders just sitting there. She says “no they’re working on it”. No less than 10 seconds later, she calls our order name, get home and EVERYTHING is cold as ice. This place is an absolute train wreck, poorly ran and managed.
