Food was very unseasoned and steaks weren’t cooked how we asked. We had things to do after so we just let it go but our plates were pretty much full as we left. Below pictures will show the “rare” steak and the pretty much raw asparagus. Our waitress was nice and restaurant was clean.

They forgot about my soup which was no big deal but they also forgot like 3 other people's food at the table and the food was overcooked except for the seafood. The shrimp were hard and undercooked. The lobster tails tastes fishy like they had been soaking in fish water and they were like complete rubber just totally overcooked. The steak was over well and completely dry. The chicken was hard and almost black. Do not go here!
Some friends, and I drove over from Penn State because Bloomin Onions (duh)! We went in on 4/19, and our server (Ian I believe) was phenomenal! Super nice guy, very helpful, and accommodating of an allergy at our table. 10/10 would recommend!! The food came out perfect, and everyone really enjoyed there meal!
We came here for my birthday dinner and had a pretty disappointing experience, mainly due to the service.
Our waitress Tiffany was consistently dismissive and, at times, outright rude. When my 2-year-old spilled their water and we asked for more napkins, she pointed to the few small beverage napkins that were already on the table and said, “that’s all we have,” without offering to get more. However, when a different server brought out our food, we asked again and were given more napkins right away with no issue.
My dad ordered a center-cut prime rib (and specifically requested center-cut), but what he received was extremely tough…so rubbery it couldn’t be cut properly. When we politely brought it up, her response was, “I’m back there eating one right now and mine’s delicious. You must’ve got a crappy end,” which was both unprofessional and unnecessary. I’m not sure why a waitress is in the back eating their best cut of prime rib while working a shift when on the menu it says it’s only available on the weekends while supplies last?
There were also issues with the payment kiosk freezing. That’s fine, but when we tried to bring it up, she responded with “EXCUSE ME?” in a confrontational tone, which was again uncalled for. At the end, when we asked for a bag for leftovers and dessert, she insisted she had already provided one (on the hook outside the booth) but had never mentioned it. She spoke to us in a condescending way, even though it wasn’t clearly accessible.
To his credit, the manager did remove the prime rib from the bill, which we appreciated since it wasn’t eaten. The hostesses and other servers were very nice and respectful. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by the extremely poor service by Tiffany. I don’t care at all about the food being good or bad, it’s the service that completely turned us off from this place. I hope this does not happen to any other customers!

I came here with me and my family about 2 weeks ago, the food was great aswell was our alcohol beverages. One thing that concerned me however was the way our server spoke to the fellow staff out in the dining room. The young lady who dropped off our food had a nice smile on her face and she realized she forgot to add sauce on the side of chicken, No biggie at all, however our server who is a middle aged lady with dark hair (in which I won’t put her name on blast) was very rude to the young fellow worker who were bringing out her food for her for of her and honestly did not have a good attitude at all, treated them as bellow her almost. I worked in the service industry when I was younger and know this type of mistreatment all too well and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. She also seemed annoyed when my husband asked for more drink. I will be returning but in hopes she is not my sevrer again and if she is I would be requesting to move
