  Absolutely awful service received on 9/10 in the self-checkout area. I was told it is not possible for them to enter a coupon in manually which was valid for the exact item purchased. I used to work for your company, so I know that is a lie. I was then told to checkout, pay full price for it, then try to see if customer service would give me a refund for the coupon. For one, that is so many extra steps for no reason. And two, why would I be willing to spend the full amount on the name-brand listed on the coupon, when there was a far cheaper option, for a possibility of having my money refunded???? I thought that was ridiculous. So I decided to get the item voided. Then if things weren't annoying enough, the system began acting up, not loading. I know that isn't your companies fault, but it was enough to get me to start feeling aggravated. After waiting 3 minutes to get assistance, the machine glitches again. I then wait another couple minutes for help which yes, I get that you're busy, but the way your attendant acted towards me showed pure annoyance. And then, the printer runs out of paper, so I have to wait yet again. And then once it was in, and my receipt was ready to be printed, the ink wasn't working. Then I was treated like I am annoying when it was your company's machines messing up! There were so many issues with this trip, and it made me decide to go to the other store on Chestnut from now on, where I am treated with respect and friendliness, albeit being busy. Not right at all.

  Beautiful store! The staff was so nice and friendly plus the prices actually aren't that bad. I'll definitely be a regular here!

  Store was very clean, and they stock Giant's store brand and share the same sales. Staff was very friendly, cashier even had a bager.
