  The four stars is for KAY who did an Excellent job the evening of May3rd recently !! I got in line behind two other people who were waiting because the two conveyor belt self-checkouts were both lit up needing an employee's help. The gentleman was apparently told to shut down the walk through self-checkouts and he was doing that, but a manager lady walked up to him and for some reason instead of helping the customers she walked the male employee outside. All of us customers looked at each other, I got out of that line and went into Kay's line, to which she was very helpful and then asked the two of us who switched to her line could we please wait while she helped the customers with the blinking lights (which the female manager and other employees should have helped by the way, instead they had gone outside) when Kay came back I asked her why did they go outside (when clearly customers were there that they could have helped) .. she said the manager was trying to tell the man to pick up cigarette butts outside. My point is if you are the manager on duty and there are customers standing there with lights blinking and needing help, you can get to the cigarette butts after the customers leave. I don't smoke and I don't like those either..but you had customers standing there waiting for help ..who watched you walk outside instead. Hooray for KAY who did an excellent job, helped EVERY CUSTOMER , and did it all without complaining! Kay is amazing and deserves a raise in my opinion. I've shopped there for a while and this is the first I've seen her there. She's an amazing asset to your company.

  I like this store. They carry most things other stores in the area does not. My local Martins on Pleasant Valley Blvd in Altoona has the nicest, helpful employees! Thank you!
