- JSJames Stout4 days ago2.0Stopped here for a chicken burrito 7/5 while traveling through. The portions were good, but I made the mistake of adding guacamole. It was dark brown which I realize is from oxidation that typically happens after 24hrs. To make this process take longer lime is added. In this case way too much lime was added and it ruined the taste of my burrito as well as gave me heart burn. That being said Im not someone who gets heartburn more than once a yr so pretty dissapointed that it also adds almost 3$ to the cost for guac. I will never add guac when its that brown, and people need to stick to the recipe or they will ruin the end product that every other item cant cover up. I would rate this purchase 1 STAR if it werent for the proper portions. Either way, I suffered through eating it as I continued my drive to Virginia. Multitasking while also dealing with heartburn.

The chicken in my burrito was BURNT, like inedible and tasted like partially seasoned carbon. Then to make matters worse the guacamole was old, brown, flavorless, mushy, and nasty. I complained the their ai pepper to receive no solution. I had to call customer care to get a refund which I will thankfully be able to use at a different chipotle.

When informed that a member of my party has a dairy allergy, the staff responded promptly, washing their hands and work surfaces thoroughly before serving us. They treated me with respect and kindness and took serving us safely very seriously! Kudos to all working!
- ISIsabel SmithJun 16, 20262.0i had placed a pick up order about 10 minutes ago. we didn’t see the order so we asked the cashier and she was nasty about it. she was giving attitude so i gave attitude back and she proceeded to say “that’s not necessary” like if you’re gonna be ignorant to me i’m gonna be rude back i simply wanted to pick up my order i paid for i didn’t need your attitude
