- KMKristin Mills3 days ago1.0Today I visited Chipotle in Altoona around 12pm and I Found a bug in my food May 17, 2026. No one answered the phone. I wasn’t expecting a refund or new food since I brought it home and drove over 20 miles to get it just wanted to let them know.

Called customer service since no one in the actual location would replace or remake the food. Was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and then they were willing to offer a free entree as an app. Reward. Disappointing especially for was six meals cost. Would be better off going out to eat.

- MMMeganApr 4, 20261.0I’ve gotten sick the last 2 times I’ve eaten here. The food quality has gone downhill. Portions are skimpy. The steak was disgusting. So many huge chunks of fat. Some pieces looked undercooked, which is probably why I have a stomach ache as I currently type this. Tables are always dirty as well. The service line is dirty. If you have a food allergy, there is likely cross contamination happening.
