  Never open when it says. 2 orders this last 2 weeks paid online then cancelled when order placed more than 1 hour before close. Call them and it rings then hung up on. Go in and it makes sense.

  Ordered pizza tonight and somehow almost everything was wrong. They gave me the wrong crust, which is a serious issue because I’m allergic to the crust I received, and they completely left off the extra items I paid for. I tried calling multiple times to get it fixed, but the calls kept disconnecting every time. After wasting my time trying to reach someone, I drove to the store at 10:00 PM only to find the place completely closed even though the store hours, app, and online hours all say they’re open until midnight. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and honestly concerning that an allergy issue was handled this badly.

  I ordered pizza at 5:28. An hour later, no pizza has arrived. Feels like it should have been here by now so I check my email which said delivery in 30-58 minutes or something. So I give the restaurant a call. The lady says it will arrive in 15-20 minutes. It came 25 minutes later. Everything was cold (figured bc the pizza tracker said it was in quality check for over an hour) and no meat on the pizzas. They were supposed to be 2 topping pizzas. We had chicken & bacon on one pizza and pepperoni & pepper on the second pizza. We only got a pepper pizza. I obviously noticed as soon as we opened the box and attempted to call the restaurant to let them know. I called twice and both times got message of your call could not be completed. I give up. I'm positive I had the right phone number bc I just called them a half hour ago. Maybe they disconnect the phone when too many people call looking for their pizza? I don't know. The email complaint button just gives you an offer for a free pizza. No thanks after this experience. I don't know how else to get in contact besides leaving a review. The only positive was the delivery guy was incredibly friendly.

  Every single time I order from here they mess something up. Ordered buffalo chicken the last two times and it didn’t have buffalo sauce on it. And the most recent time after getting a free pizza for the last two mess ups my crust was plain. Will not be coming here again and will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the one out of town.

  Our order was wrong, we tried to call no answer, we returned with wrong order they refused to remake it for the correct order. Never going back
