  I ordered a veggie bowl and a side of guacamole and this is what I got. It was so dark brown in person the picture does not show its true color. Typically when guacamole is left out for a long period of time, you can scrape the top layer off and it’s green underneath. This was dark brown through and through. But this looks like it has been left out for more than a day or stored very incorrectly. Just embarrassing and shameful for the employees to look at that and come to the conclusion that it’s ok to serve to a paying customer. And the bowls are not cheap. I am a supervisor in the food industry and this would never leave the store let alone be offered in that state behind the counter. I know a lot about food safety and this is not safe to eat, I would have gotten very sick if consumed. I would not be proud to serve food like that in my store. Unacceptable. It makes you think what else isn’t stored properly and safe to eat? The chicken? The cheese? I did get a refund after contacting customer care and sending pictures in and she was the only good experience I had, very helpful. Even she was shocked by my pictures.

  Food was good. I dont think I've ever had a bad meal at Chipotle. Service was disconnected. Didn't even get eye contact from the employees. The restaurant was a mess. Glad I asked for a to-go bowl.

  I don’t like Chipotle and absolutely hate it when my wife is craving it, Means I have to spend my money there. I did today for my mother in law who is watching my son so my wife and I can have a nice anniversary dinner. The $10 bowl that’s half full (half of that is lettuce) is an absolute joke. Fill the bowl up it’s rice a little protein then other low cost ingredients. It’s under $3 for everything in the bowl and still half full once again mostly lettuce. What a scam chipotle is. The food at this location is always not cooked properly always filthy a simple whip down would go a long way.

  I wouldn’t recommend this location. Our mobile order was about 30 minutes late, and when we finally received it, the portions were very small. The burrito bowl was only two-thirds filled, which was disappointing. I also requested utensils with the order, but none were included. We’ve had much better experiences at other Chipotle locations where portions are much more generous. We had stopped coming here a few months ago for this reason and hoped things had improved, but unfortunately they haven’t. We’ll be sticking with other locations going forward.
