  Always a great burger but the service was excellent!! She was very polite and attentive to all our demands. Hopefully next time we come in she is here to greet us with the kindness and great smile.

  It had been too long since I had been to a Smashburger, what a treat to have delicious food and friendly service. Good value for the cost..My friend and I met here as a centerpoint between our homes and they allowed us to stay for a very long time, catching up, so I was very appreciative of that also

  I just visited Smashburger and was blown away by how delicious everything was, from the perfectly cooked burger to the fresh toppings. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. The restaurant was spotless too, which made it even more enjoyable to dine in. I'll definitely be coming back.

  I ordered ahead I got there just before the estimated time, the food was not completely ready so I had to wait for the tenders to be made. Overall the burgers I ordered were salty and French fries were cold and unseasoned, sweet potatoes fries were cold and soggy and they forgot my drinks which I went back to get.

  To start, making your employees beg for reviews is a very strange way to get positive feedback. She was doing her job, but sure, I’ll leave a review. The first thing I noticed was that the menu was very hard to read. Cluttered with a tiny font that makes it difficult know what you’re ordering. About half of the seating was roped off during peak dining hours. There were no napkins or ketchup at our table. Both preferred kid’s drinks were out of stock, then our kids cup was forgotten, and to cap it off, none of the available lids fit the kids cup. A deal breaker? No. Annoying? Yes Prices are high, but that’s just life at this point. The burgers were good. Fries were solid. Tots were very greasy. Almost immediately did not feel great after leaving. Also, it was bizzare there were no to go boxes. I asked for a box and was handed fry cups and wax paper. Just one more aggravating aspect of our trip. There is the review that was asked for. In all honesty, I don’t think we will be back.
