The attitude from the only employee that appeared to be on was nothing short of disrespectful like he didn't want the hassle of my business so we left. Tim Sparks needs to take over this one and restore it to its glory of when the employees WANTED customers. Absolutely disrespectful. Will NOT being going here anytime soon if thars the way they allow their employees to talk to customers. Wow!!! Just wow

Ordered delivery directly through the Pizza Hut website, waited almost an hour, then found out the store refused to give the order to the DoorDash driver because he didn’t have a hot bag — for a delivery that’s literally less than 5 minutes away. So instead of using common sense, they let the food sit there getting cold. Then the employee gets on the phone acting disrespectful and arrogant, saying “I don’t care what you say”. Imagine talking to a paying customer like that instead of trying to fix the issue your store created. If you hate your job that much, don’t work customer service. The delay was one thing, but the attitude and complete lack of professionalism was insane. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering food.
