My 90 Year old Grandmother called to order the deal buy 1 large pizza get another for free. Which is on the website for that location. With that said They charge my Grandmother 60 dollars for 4 pizza's, Which at least should have been buy 1 get one and we pay for 3. When really it should be 2 large then 2 free as what it states on the website. When i picked up the Pizza and asked why there is not special, The 2 girls there looked to the guy in the back and he said not for this location, I said it stated free pizza online, He said those are online deals, Lied to my face So there is a special after all. I explained to him my 90 Year old Grandmother can't use the internet. Then he stopped looking at me and went back to work and not even acknowledge my statement. Then i stated is that not taking advantage of the elderly? Silence So i paid for the Pizza since it was my grandmothers money. Then left since we had family visiting. When i left i vented to the Delivery driver to vent a bit as i was upset about how i felt my grandmother was being ripped off. He tells me that was the GM in there i was talking to. So the the GM of the Stores that covers in his Region had the Chance to do the right thing and didn't. i stated that 1. Asked him about the special first not for this location - Lied 2. Explained to him the specials online state the free pizza right now - His Counter has to be online 3. I had explained my 90 Year old grandmother ordering that doesn't have internet access. - Did nothing And Remember this is the GM... THE GM i wanted to share this story as i know people out there feel the same way i do about treating the elderly people who don't have internet to take advantage of so called ONLINE only special's which should be illegal btw in my opinion.

Smiling faces upon entry and food was not burnt. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious after a 25 minute drive home. The atmosphere was a typical Papa John's but clean on the inside. However, it was difficult to turn into, and few parking spaces in the front.
