  As a first time Panera eater, I had the upmost experience from Jara. From the customer service, to the help in store, the politeness, the manners and questions about my food, she absolutely nailed it all. Some of the best customer service I’ve had throughout the Lehigh valley.

  Ordered online at 8:25am for 9am pickup. Was told when I arrived at the store at 8:56 that my order “just came across their screen” and it would be 10 more minutes. Went back into the store at 9:12 and still no food. Food came out 9:15 and some sandwiches weren’t labeled correctly so it was confusing when I checked the order. The place wasn’t busy at all and there seemed to be several employees with not much to do. When I got home the sandwiches turned out to be not great. The chipotle chicken sandwiches had what appeared to be chicken lunch meat instead of chicken breast, and not much of it. Three sandwiches were supposed to have avocado and there was very little on each sandwich, 2-3 small thin slices. All the sandwiches were “lite” in terms of what was between the bread. Will not be coming back here. I’m not sure what technology Panera uses for online orders but when it takes over 30 minutes for your order to actually show up on the screen at the store you’re picking up from, and that store is clearly not busy with customers or making orders, that doesn’t seem like good technology to me.

  Panera Bread always has delicious, fresh food. I love their signature salads with extra chicken.

  This location is much better ..keep up the great job. I enjoy a relaxing breakfast at panera.
