  Worst service. No MM after what time of day you go here they NEVER have food ready and you must wait at the second window. It’s called fast food for a reason and this certainly isn’t that

  I am a delivery driver and when I walked in to pick up my order I waited for at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The manager lady even walked past several times and looked at me and just kept working. Meanwhile when she finally bagged up my order she left it sitting there for a few minutes while she kept serving other people and doing other things in the kitchen. She should have at least asked me what I was there for or let me know that it will be a few minutes to wait. But she said nothing at all and then when I finally asked her hey is that done she came to give me the bag and because I was so tired of waiting and also feeling disrespected because I walked into this establishment and she didn't acknowledge me at all. I felt like I was a nobody. So when she went to give me the bag I was already tired of waiting and I snatched the bag in a hurry. She then yelled at me telling me not to come back to this place again. But if she would have treated me like a human being things would have been different. How is it that you walk into a restaurant and stand at the counter for 10 whole minutes and no one acknowledges you or even gives you an expectation on how long your order is taking? She was absolutely unprofessional and I'm just a delivery driver trying to do my job. I really don't appreciate this at all. To top it off she didn't even put the tag on the bag so I can confirm my order. I had to walk back into the restaurant to look at the screen and put in the code in my app so I can proceed with my delivery. This isn't the only time that I have had this experience as well. It seems as though every time I come here it's the same exact thing. When I come and walk in and stand at the counter, no one acknowledges me at all. But this was the worst experience thus far and that's why I'm taking the time to put this review because I think that this manager's actions should be corrected.

  On duty manager was rude to her employees and customers. If this job is that frustrating and upsetting for her maybe a change is necessary.

  What horrible customer service. My grandfather and I ordered two mcflurries and a 10 piece nugget from this location. We pulled up to the window and the woman handed him the bag with the nuggets in it and half of a McFlurry. My grandfather insisted that we got two and she gaslighted him and insisted he only ordered one and shut the window right away and didn’t give him his money back or the receipt and gave us the McFlurry which wasn’t even ice cream. It was like slush and a color as if it’s just ice and Oreo which I’ve never seen before. I decided to go against my instinct which told me not to even put this by my mouth and I scooped some up and licked it and it tasted awful. I live right by here and I will never be going to this location again.
