  Becareful for your food everytime you pick it up, especially French Fries. They are notorious for giving you half the purchased size!

  I have not had issues with this location in the past. I frequently visit this McDonald’s, mostly on Saturday mornings, so this experience was very disappointing I placed a mobile app order at this McDonald’s and paid for it, but I never received my food. I waited about 20 minutes for curbside pickup, then went inside to ask about the order. The restaurant was very crowded and unorganized. When I spoke with the manager on duty, she did not seem to understand my order even after I showed it to her on my phone. She kept referring to only part of the order, even though there were additional items. She was not rude, but the situation was handled poorly, and she had to ask another employee to explain how I could cancel the order or request a refund. I was told they could not refund me because the order was placed through the app. I paid for food I did not receive, and after filing a complaint, I still have not been contacted by the restaurant after about a week. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a mobile order issue.

  I have no problems with the food itself, but every time I order from here there’s always something missing. Whether it be from something as minuscule as missing sauce or to an entire burger being missing, Ive never received my complete order from this place. I’ve previously had an issue where I ordered a milkshake and got a large coke instead through Uber Eats, and my previous order was missing a large fry. They never get it right.

  Do not use this McDonalds on Door Dash! They always miss items and dont ever include straws or sauces that you ask for. I paid 17 bucks for the Huntrix Meal for my daughter for her birthday. She didnt receive the box for the happy meal, the Shaker fries, or the cards that are supposed to come with it. Now if they didnt have it thats one thing, but at least advertise that if you order through Door Dash that you wont receive the meal as advertised. Edited to add: my bag was sealed when it was dropped off at my house so I know it was not the DoorDash driver

  Easily the worst McDonalds in the ABE area. I would rather drive to a further McDonalds then go here. Food is always terrible after a long wait and you end up getting the wrong thing /missing items.
