Even just calling inside to say I've arrived is a 10 minute going on. I've called corporate several times & have gotten apology coupons but it is becoming ridiculous. I switched locations where I pick up my order & I am much more satisfied! Do better Village West Giant!

It often has small sized produts, i.e. the Tide I buy is the very large liquid oxi + odor and they only supply the slightly smaller option. This leaves me to have to shop elsewhere. Also, this Giant does not offer the Scan It guns. When asked they stated that they have them, they just do not work and haven't worked since getting them.
