  Every time I come to this store, it's like a big guessing game. They run out of things often, are regularly moving the placement of items, and the most egregious issue is the lack of price labeling. The above could can probably be attributed to the fact that there seems to be a serious staff morale problem. As this is a new store, I hope things improve overtime.

  The store itself looks nice and clean, but id honestly drive to a further store so that way I can check out my items with an actual employee. Every single check out lane is a self checkout except for maybe 1 that has an employee at it. Even the regular lanes with conveyor belts were made into self checkouts. Every time I go theres issues with items not scanning, scanning multiple times, telling me I didnt put the item in the bagging area when its been in there. I had to call over an employee 3 times while checking out 5 items, it would beep as if it scanned, but then didnt go through, or it would scan one item 3 times and not scan another at all. It yells at you for every movement you make saying the items not in the right spot or the weights off or something else is wrong. They spent all this money to replace employees who actually know what theyre doing with expensive stupid machines that cant properly do anything. If this technology is taking over we are all doomed for real

  Loved the Emmaus Ave Giant experience. Always fresh foods, helpful staff and great parking. This new store is meh at best. The bakery staff are always friendly and helpful. Jaime and Layla at the front registers are the best clerks you have up there. They know their jobs and are polite. The parking lot is absolutely atrocious. Very hard to park safely and I find myself parking way down by staples to be safe. Also have gotten home with rotten dairy items and meat on two occasions having to drive back over to get refunded. Something is off with the temp in those dairy areas. While this store is super close to my house I find myself now driving to trexlertown for fresher food and better parking. Miss the old location .
