Low quality produce and high prices overall. No reason to get fruits and veggies here anymore over Wegmans or produce junction. What Elias unfortunately has is a monopoly on middle eastern groceries. Hoping that some competitors pop up soon so this price gouging of cheeses, dry products, bread, etc can end.

I’m really disappointed with how much Elias Market has changed. This used to be a great place for the community to shop for affordable, fresh fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, that has not been my recent experience. The prices have gone up significantly, while the quality has gone down. I’ve seen fruits and vegetables being sold that are already rotten, spoiled, and even molding, yet they are still priced very high. Customers should not have to pay premium prices for produce that is no longer fresh or, in some cases, shouldn’t even be on the shelves. Elias Market used to feel like a community market where families could find good-quality food at reasonable prices. Sadly, it is not what it used to be. I really hope management takes a closer look at the quality of the produce being sold and the prices being charged.

Fresh produce galore! Some that one wont find in a regular supermarket. This is a Middle-Eastern market, so whatever you need from that part of the world, they usually have it! I come here for the variety of sweets and pastries, nuts and delicious HALWAH! Did i mention cheap? Exceptional variety you wont see at a typical grocery store. Always a treat when I visit!

Strangest experience ever, I went there prior to closing which I had no idea because the hours were not displayed as they were moving product up to front door so the sliding door remained open. Not one person including the owner told me that they were closing as I passed them. I then tried looking for the items I need and they shut the lights off in the back of the store as it becomes pitch black. I’m guessing to make sure people leave and that they are closing, the workers were rushing out the door and the demeanor of the workers and attitude were horrendous. They obviously do not have any concerns about customer safety. I’ve given this place multiple chances as I’ve bought product before that has been a complete waste of money due to it being rotten or close to expiration. I will definitely not return to this establishment.
