- SWSha Walker1 day ago1.0I don't come here too often, only when im traveling. And each time it gets worse and worse. I was standing at the register for over 5 minutes and no one acknowledged my presence. They saw me but kept walking past. It was pretty busy but someone should have had some level of professionalism and consideration and advised that they would get to me as soon as they could. I had to call someone in order for at least one person to speak to me. I'm never going to this dunkin again. And honestly, they probably don't even care based on all the other reviews. Obviously nothing has changed and it probably never will. Please do better.

So, I payed the toll and hopped on the turn pike to stop in here. Turns out, they don't have a single thing I tried ordering! Go figure! Waste of over an hour and half of my time and several dollars for the Turn Pike just because these incompetent employees don't know how to answer a phone. If I could rate them lower than 1 star, I would!
