First time coming here! Food was excellent, It even surpassed my expectations. Good amount of seating and definitely a family owned business. A popular local spot in the area and you understand why! A great variety of food and drinks.
It has been years since I last went to Cumin and Eat. (For some sad unrelated reasons) And please excuse me for not remembering your beautiful name though you NEVER forgot mine! I’ve always loved their food and their friendly service, and earlier today, their friendliness went above & beyond for me. I felt bad having to speak with her while they’re busy and the phone constantly rang, but she, Mrs. Sweetest Woman (pls forgive me, I’ll have to ask you next time!), she still asked me how everything’s been since it really has been a long time and they were our go to Indian restaurant. Wish I had visited sooner. So grateful that they don’t just do business, because I felt also seen as not just a customer, but as a person. Yes, food is always amazing! My favorite is always the Samosas. I forgot what I usually get, but next time I’ll order more. Mango Lassi is always a must have! Rasmalai & Gulab Jamoon are the best desserts. Today I went for a quick break, and had a mini picnic for myself and their food just made my whole day go well. I didn’t expect such kindness to really improve my overall day, on top of their delicious great quality food Also, but it did. Lots of love Cumin & Eat! Again, Thank you! Many blessings to your business!

If you haven't been to Cumin N Eat, you are missing out on the best Indian food in the Lehigh Valley! We have been regulars at this establishment since they opened at the very beginning of the pandemic. Since the first time we ordered, Aperna was warm and inviting, like visiting a family member. She has introduced us to dishes we would have never tried, and now we order an array of dishes every time we visit. Our favorites are gobi apollo, gobi majestic, vegetable pakoda, chicken tikka masala, vegetable curry, manchurian chicken, and that's just a few. Their desserts and mango lasses are soooo DELICIOUS! If you want to try something new, or if you enjoy Indian food and haven't visited Cumin n Eat, go! It will be the first of many visits, I guarantee it!

By far my favorite restaurant ever!! Me and my dad have been going here for years; everyone working here is awesome, and the food is ALWAYS delicious. To put things in perspective, I usually bring leftovers back to college and eat them throughout the week; at the end of the week, Cumin N Eat is always the first stop when I come home, and it’s always amazing!!!!
Personal recommendations are the Chicken Chili, Tikka Masala, Chicken Vindaloo, CHEESE DOSAS, Mango Lassi, Garlic Naan, and Spicy Masala Fries, but everything I’ve tried here is equally delicious. I also encourage you to seek out articles/podcast interviews with the owners, as they’ve contributed so much to our community and the story of how Cumin N Eat came to be is really beautiful.
As a New Yorker with celiac disease, I was searching for a restaurant that was NOT a corporate chain. We happened upon Cumin N Eat via a Google search while visiting Cedar Crest Park last summer and we have been regulars ever since. We come every week after our park visit. Honestly it's cheaper than Wendy's and I can sit and relax while someone else feeds me. The majority of the entrees are Gluten Free. I have personally challenged myself to try a different style and even spice level every time we come. But I always get the masala fries to start. This week the winner was the Saag Paneer. It was favorite of mine in NYC and I hadn't gotten to it yet. Well let me tell you, I was absolutely floored it was so delicious. The restaurant is lovely and on the quiet side. I appreciate that there isn't music blasting, and they have happily accommodated our autistic son's food selections and entertained him with long conversations about keeping in touch with family on the other side of the globe and time zones! It's so nice to have that "family feel" in a local restaurant. We have made the park visits a weekly trip, just so we can stop in for dinner.
