  Be very careful if you want to eat here as a vegetarian/vegan. Found a piece of chicken in my sofritas bowl that is supposed to be vegan. Considering the fact that the sofritas is right next to the meats, It’s obvious this isn’t an isolated incident. Do a quick search online and you’ll find this is a common occurrence at Chipotle. The staff was nice about it and refunded it, but chipotle really needs to change their policies to avoid cross contamination.

  Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. My mom, dad, brother, and I ordered to go from here yesterday, and afterward, all four of us experienced stomach issues. I obviously can’t say with certainty that the food was the cause, but the timing was concerning and made the experience even worse. The service was also unpleasant. The woman helping us was rude and seemed irritated with us. At one point, she asked if I wanted rice, and I didn’t hear her. Instead of simply repeating the question, she looked at me and said “hello” in a very dismissive way, as if I was inconveniencing her. On top of that, the restaurant was extremely unorganized. Several of the food options didn’t have backups available, the workers were annoyed, which made ordering unnecessarily difficult and left us wondering how a restaurant could be so unprepared. Overall, between the poor customer service, lack of organization, and the fact that all four of us became sick afterward, this was not a great experience. We definitely won’t be rushing back.

  For the people who work here clearly do not know what portions are supposed to be. I order my food online. Once I got home, I went to open the bag to get my food out. I realized it was a lot lighter than it was supposed to be. I ordered double protein in my bowl. And I would like to say there’s barely any protein in this bowl. I really love paying for extra protein and not receiving it. And this is definitely not the first time it has happened.

  First off, the girl who was servicing the food was very short on the food and I’ve been seeing them all over social media about shorting the food. I will never come back here. Moe’s are a little bit more generous with their portion. I’m definitely not going back to chipotle now because this place got my boyfriend sick with food poisoning. He’s been sick since Thursday and hasn’t been able to hold anything down. Also they have a recall on their lettuce and that’s what made him sick like crazy. I stick I could give this place 0 stars to be honest
