  Very disappointing experience. I ordered a veggie bowl around 8:33 PM, even though the store doesn’t close until 10 PM. There was only one veggie option available, and even then, many items were missing. They were already out of salsa, and they didn’t add sour cream or lettuce to my bowl. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. Very poor service and a very disappointing experience. Definitely one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had.

  Chris was very helpful and kind helping me choose what I wanted. He made my chipotle experience 10x better and I enjoyed my food. He also gave me very helpful recommendations on the new menu items I tried during my experience. 10/10 and will be returning

  The guacamole was completely unseasoned. Just Straight up avocado & the rice was hard. Both white and brown as I ordered two separate orders. The whole staff were completely unprofessional and extremely rude. Cursing in front of customers as they had side conversations with one another. Giving each other looks as if the customers are an inconvenience as they’re making their order. Will not be coming here anymore. I rather take my business elsewhere. Do better at hiring your staff!

  I’m only leaving this review in hopes some changes are made. I frequent this location quite often and always have a decent experience but the gentleman working the counter tonight should not have a job in food service. There were 3 people in line before me when I arrived at 9:00 (restaurant closes at 10) and I did not leave the store until 9:25. This young man working the counter audibly complained about people coming in (an hour before close) while also moving as slow as a snail. So much so that the other young man working register commented on him “taking his sweet time twice while I was waiting to be helped. The gentleman working the register eventually clocked out and apologized for how slow the other guy was moving (as he made himself tacos). The guy working the counter not only messed up the order in front of me but also mine and then acted bothered by the fact that I asked him to fix it. I never leave a bad review as I’ve worked in food service most of my life but this young man needs to find a job doing literally anything else.

  we were at this chipotle waiting in line for a while there was a lot of people i go up to pay and i said i have a reward and i scan it there was a girl doing it. she goes in a very rude way well what is it for. i said its for a side tortilla and she said well u didn’t ask for it. i said oh i didnt know u were supposed to and the guy next to her also like laughed. i said i didnt know u had to there is no need to be rude. and she was saying stuff to the guy about me not asking and laughing next to her when i said that. then she goes i wasnt talking to you. and then i said again there is no need to be rude i was just telling u i didnt know u had to ask. just because you hate your job and can’t handle it being busy there is no need to be rude to customers who just want food. she is very unprofessional and rude. you shouldn’t work in a fast food place if u can’t take it getting busy…..
