  This is CRAZY and unacceptable. I come to chipotle ATLEAST once, sometimes 2 to 3 times a week, both this one and the one next to my job. I get the same thing every single time, either the same burrito or the same bowl and I never had a problem. Because of sickness I couldn’t go in person so I ordered on DoorDash, my burrito, the one I always get, came HALF FULL. Half full and $3 more not even including all of the delivery fees and tip. Just the burrito $3 more but comes half the size. I wish I was exaggerating. When I go in person, I can never finish it not only could I finish it this time in like 10 bites, I was still hungry afterwards. 4/10 bites were just folded hard tortilla because it was so empty. I had seen rumblings of this online but thought people were exaggerating. Between this tiny burrito and the horrible customer service almost everytime I go to this location I think I’ll only go to the one by my job from now on because this is just my last straw. Plus no receipt so I can’t get points on the app for this. It’s time to stop accepting this horrible portioning

  Food was OK. Portion sizes are not accurate. The girl serving my daughter put more ingredients in her bowl than the girl serving me.

  I just want to start out saying that I am not a person that complains, but today I definitely had enough. Whoever manages this chipotle needs to take this seriously I am not the first person to complain about horrible customers service, but today I was belittled and disrespected in-front of my husband and 2 small children by their server. Who told me very rudely and disrespectfully to speak up louder when I had kindly voiced that he had added queso to my order after clearly telling him that I did not want queso in my food; also not the first time they get my order wrong. He could’ve kindly stated oh I’m sorry I didn’t hear you can you maybe speak up louder, but honestly the music there is extremely loud to begin with it’s Chipotle not a club. I just wished people would recognize when they are not fit for a customer service and worked else where and I Do recognize that it is not an easy job, but someone are just not fit for it. And yes, I walked out without buying anything from because I’ll be damned to buy from a place that allows their employees to talk to their customers like that.

  I get that frustration that comes behind working in the food industry. But there’s no need to be rude to me when I ask a simple question. I asked about the red, white, and blue cones they put next to my bowl and the pretty young lady had a nasty attitude when replying to me. I’m just curious. Sorry.

  This place is completely disgusting from the workers to the food to the atmosphere. Everything was terrible. The workers looked at us annoyed as soon as we walked in as if we were disturbing their conversation and they were blasting music as if they were in a club. Me and my family came to this place after not eating for 10+ hours so one may say we were pretty hungry. We just wanted to take some food for take out! The portion size was 3 pieces of chicken …. When the worker gave me rice it was one and a half scoops then when I asked for more lettuce and more pico she had such an attitude…. If you don’t want to do your job I dont understand why you’re working. The portion size was nothing not even enough to fill you up! We go to chipotle all the time and my family members couldn’t even finish their bowls because it was too salty and drowning in “liquid.” And it doesn’t end there as we were leaving I wanted a little bit of hot sauce. I asked for a plastic ramekins because the soda and sauce station was empty and messy with stuff thrown everywhere and nothing cleaned! When I went back to talk to the worker she threw the ramekin at me with the lid and said “HAVE A GREAT DAY” then when I asked her why she had to be rude and throw it at me. She ignored me!! I then asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager and she didn’t want to comply. She ignored me and ignored me until I had to ask for a fifth time where she threw a tantrum and went back to finally get a manager. When I told the manager how I was being treated she had no care in the world!! I dont understand why hire people who don’t know how to treat people like human beings!! Overall this experience was terrible and thankfully I will not be coming back!
