  After spending the day at the hotel in PA,night time creeped up on us and we had to decide what we wanted to eat and which establishment would still be open before 10pm.The kids love their Arby's curly fries and sliders.We arrived at the drive through as it was almost 10pm.Gave our order and waited a little while, until someone came outside and handed the order to us and we then drove away.When we arrived back at the hotel we noticed we didn't have our milkshake in the order.I was able to call Arby's and they were kind enough to let us come back the following day so we could get it, which we did.Thanks again.

  starting to become super disappointed in this place. many people ask “ wow arby’s is still in business “ and i’m starting to see why not because of the food but the works i’ve lived next to this location and have gone to this location of arby’s my WHOLE LIFE within the last two months i’ve gone maybe 4 times each time im asked to park away from the window and wait ( i explain the first time i was asked to do this i waited over 15 minutes and eat single time in waiting over 10 minutes ) then when i turn around and go back to the window they use the excuse of we are trying to bag it while drinks aren’t made and NOTHING is ready. i have worked in fast food many times and the way they worry about their times of how fast they get people out the window yet not really serving a customer is beyond me. if this continues they will definitely lose my family and i as customers
