  I didn't catch her name but whoever the girl was working the window on Monday May 11th at 12:23 p.m. is an absolute Rockstar. I've never had a major problem at this Arby's but on this day when I placed my order through the app I forgot to add all my sauces I was in such a hurry. They were very crowded at this time and when I picked up my order at the window I explained the situation to her and she took care of me promptly and did it with a smile. Thank You!!!!

  Food was good, though the presentation was sloppy at best... needed a thorough hand washing from the cheddar and Arby's sauce oozing outside of the sandwich.

  Food was satisfactory but lady at the drive thru today is what really gained this review, absolute lovely woman amazing customer service, Great poster behavior for this franchise!

  Please save your money and don’t waste your time. Going to eat. Their service sucks. It’s always dead so I don’t understand why the service is always slow. Employees are very uninformed about anything that’s happening with promos or anything of that nature. Every time I went there for steak nuggets, they always were out and would give me the runaround
