  Last night I proceeded through the drive thru at Arbys on lehigh st. in Allentown, PA. I ordered 2 number 12 Turkey Bacon ranch sandwich meals. The sandwich was terrible, no bacon, 1 piece of tomato, only 2 slices of turkey and a small amount of lettuce. I called the location to complain and only was able to leave a message and no one called back. Very disappointed for $13 something for 1 meal, it was a complete waste of money.

  It's Arby's. This one is clean and nice. Service is "casual" but competent.

  I had the best experience going there Saturday for dinner. We were from out of town and my kid had wrapped up a swim meet. After the meet, my kid said she wanted French fries for dinner, so we went to this Arby’s. The cashier was the nicest guy. He apologized for the wait on chicken tenders, giving some extra as well as giving us a large fry instead of the medium I had ordered for the inconvenience. I rang the bell in the restaurant!

  Disgusting beef and cheddar I bought it looks like somebody had already chewed the beef and spit it out into my roll. The roast beef is supposed to be sliced this was chopped up like it went through a food processor. It was mush and disgusting and I don't even think my dog would have liked it You guys have ripped me off for the last time I'm not coming back
