- MBMr Big5 days ago3.0Plaza divided for two places without drive possibility between them. Northbound and southbound. Plaza also doesn’t have an access to Service Plaza Rd! From service plaza rd you can get to the small parking lot and no gas station available there. Just parking spots. Google Maps should be improved cause constantly showing way through closed gate!

An extremely long line of frustrated people With 4 people behind the counter and a weird, bossy full figured female not doing a thing but yapping and threatening to write this girl up who was actual working. Very frustrating, weird, long unorganized experience this morning. I will bypass this restop from now on in my travels.

From the moment you pull in, you can tell the property is well maintained and designed with travelers in mind. There is plenty of parking for both cars and trucks, making it easy to find a spot even during busy travel times. The entire plaza was exceptionally clean, especially the restrooms, which were spotless and well stocked. The food options offer something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a quick snack, a full meal, or just a great cup of coffee before getting back on the road. The seating areas were comfortable, clean, and perfect for taking a break after several hours of driving. A big thank you to the staff for doing such an outstanding job. Their hard work keeping everything clean, organized, and welcoming does not go unnoticed. It’s refreshing to stop somewhere that feels safe, inviting, and professionally maintained. If you’re traveling across Pennsylvania, I highly recommend making a stop here. Whether you’re a daily commuter, a professional driver, or on a family road trip, the Allentown Service Plaza is an excellent place to recharge before continuing your journey. I’ll definitely be stopping here again whenever I’m passing through. Five stars all the way!
