  I order from this location because it’s the closest which is pretty dumb of me because it’s always wrong They have gone through at least 2 gyms in the last year. Most of the time the managers are either out smoking or if you do happen to catch one working they will be rude and not acknowledge you I do not eat Taco Bell beef- I always order black beans. Normally when they mess it up I don’t really care but the last time the “new great “ Gm argued with me that she made it correct before I opened in from of her and the district manager to show her she didn’t Another time a supervisor just said yeah no problem let me remake it No apologies from either Well today I door dashed and guess what they put “mod” on the wrapper and still put beef! This store needs staff completely rebuilt with people who actually care! It’s a swinging door of poor management and a sure lack of customer service!

  We orders nacho fries which came bald with no seasoning on them. They also delivered something we did not order.

  When I tell you that the employees here barely know they work at a tacobell. They just shove food in a bag and give no thought on what they are doing. First my food stays looking real rough anytime I order from this location. Second off they wanna play in my face and say they have no idea what Diablo sauce or Diablo ranch is. That's literally a TACO BELL PRODUCT I didnt make that up. Y'all are lucky it was my husband picking up because I would've not let that slide. I am never going to this location again and I advise everyone to just make the drive to Monaca because it is not worth it here.

  WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS!!!! SOMEONE STOLE MY ONLINE ORDER :( THE STAFF WORKING AT 8:30 PM ON 7/11/2026 IS PHENOMENAL!!!! THEY ALL TESTIFIED FOR ME AND SAID SOMEONE STOLE MY FOOD, THEY RE RUNG MY ORDER OUT AND MADE MY FOOD FRESH FOR ACTUALLY ME!!! HUGE HUGE HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THIS STORE UPHOLDING TRUE STANDARDS OF THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! GIVE THIS CREW A RAISE AND PLENTY OF PRAISE!!! THEY WERE WAY MORE HELP THAN THE ONLINE APP HELP CENTER!!!!!

  Waited 15 min. For half a bag of cold food Better off going to the Dollar Tree next door for a bag of sunflower seeds.
