  I stopped in this afternoon around 4:00pm for a few items and had 6 cases of soda. I went through the self-checkout and asked the cashier in charge if she could ring the cases through as a quantity (as I’ve done many times before) so I wouldn’t have to lift them and ring them individually. She replied shortly, “They (the registers) don’t do that here.” I inquired how other cashiers were able to ring them through that way before and she replied, “Well, I can’t.” I bit my tongue because I did not want to cause a scene. I then proceeded to ring up the 6 cases and then had to remove them from the scale mid-order as they exceeded the weight limit of the scale and a message appeared on the screen. I worked for 5 years in a supermarket as both a bagger and a cashier. Never once was I short with a customer in the manner that this woman was with me. If I couldn’t help the customer myself, I would find someone who could. Please work at retraining this employee on customer service as well as how to work the POS system to ring quantities through.

  I was very disappointed to see all the detergent locked up in cases. What an inconvenience. I won't return to this location. I haven't visited this particular store in about 7 years.

  One of the cashiers, a woman with dreads, one of the most passionate workers who helped bring me from a troublesome slump. Will try to come again as this isn't my go-to store.

  I thought it would be packed after work but it wasn't too bad. I was in and out quickly since the self-check out moves quickly.
