  Came in here 6/15/2026 for a to-go order, they were out of several things. The staff had 0 customer service, never saying what they were out of, very oh well and matter of fact about everything. They over filled my bowl with sour cream and salsa to the point there it was dripping out of my bag. So the bag was about to rip when I walked away. I asked for them to change out the bag and she handed me a bag and said we about to close so you can do it yourself. The worst experience I have ever had. Ridiculous. Get more competent people Chipotle! Charging almost $20 a bowl. The least you can do is provide a positive experience inside your store.

  the worker was just rushing through the food trying to give you the smallest portions and just throwing the food in the bowl as quick as possible, she was nagging other workers and all sorts nonsense too

  The guy with black and blonde hair is the rudest worker! He purposely delays orders by walking away. We were waiting for an online order and he was preparing the online orders then looks up and sees us waiting then goes to back to start stocking! The open burrito he left sitting there in middle of him making it. He was a problem at Willow Grove location and now he’s a problem at this Abington location! Corporate management needs to check the cameras once in a while and actually do something about the issues we complain about. I won’t be spending my money here anymore and I suggest everyone starts doing the same.

  By far the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. I was here before and had some issues rudeness and ingredients not being available since it was 2 hours close to closing time and staff were cleaning up early and closing down stations. However, today was abysmal I walked in with only one other customer in the store. We were told they were not taking orders in the restaurant and that we would need to order online to get our food. I did this and it took 20 mins to receive my freezing cold food! More people came in behind me to get in line and they were also told “online orders only” which one customer stormed out and said “this Chipotle always has some sort of issue!” Then all the rest left and said they would go somewhere els. They missed out of at least a dozen paying customers. Honestly, the food at this location is never warm and if you go anytime after 5:30pm they’re actively cleaning up and closing down the store that you cannot get hot food or half of the ingredients you would like. They always state they’re out and there are no more to make. Horrible.
