- YAYaya AAug 26, 20264.0I ordered a honey chicken bowl, it was good, the portion was really small though, like 1/4 of a scoop for rice and even less for toppings, but they had all the toppings and the workers were nice. Their ice machine was not working and they didnt mention that before i bought my drink.

There was barely any corn or tomato salsa and it was completely missing sour cream. It was like they ran out of every ingredient and instead of making more they scrounged the bottom of the barrel to give me the most lackluster tiny bowl possible. I ordered ahead (the asap option, about 15 minutes) and would rather they have been late than give me this horrible bowl. I got there a few minutes before the ETA and the bag was already on the shelf and the store was not busy. There was definitely time to get more ingredients. The second bowl we got wasn’t as bad but had a giant chunk of unmixed stale rice. I get that things run out but I paid extra for less than a normal bowl. Very disappointing

The staff had 0 customer service, never saying what they were out of, very oh well and matter of fact about everything. They over filled my bowl with sour cream and salsa to the point there it was dripping out of my bag. So the bag was about to rip when I walked away. I asked for them to change out the bag and she handed me a bag and said we about to close so you can do it yourself. The worst experience I have ever had. Ridiculous. Get more competent people Chipotle! Charging almost $20 a bowl. The least you can do is provide a positive experience inside your store.
