  1 Star: MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD - Raw Meat Served Avoid this location for your own safety. The current operation here is serving dangerous, undercooked food. • Serving Raw Beef: I just received a Quarter Pounder that was entirely rare/raw in the center. This is a massive food safety violation. • Deliberate Negligence: McDonald’s grills operate on automated, precision timers for a reason. For beef to come out this raw, staff must be deliberately overriding the safety mechanism and pulling meat off the grill before the cycle completes just to speed up service. • Dangerous Practices: This is not a slight cooking error; it is a total failure in food safety protocols. Prioritizing speed over ensuring meat is actually cooked is how people get severely ill. If they are willing to serve raw ground beef, do not trust anything else coming out of that kitchen. Look at the photos and judge for yourself.
