    I’ve now been waiting almost 40 minutes for my sandwich to be delivered and it still hasn’t shown up. Ordered about an hour and 15 minutes ago and it’s been saying out for delivery for almost 40 minutes. This is ridiculous. The time seems to get longer and longer each time and the delivery driver who usually delivers is quite rude. Apparently delivery time is an issue with this location. Do better.

    ordered a sandwich for delivery and they delivered me the wrong sandwich, which is okay because they offered me a credit. but when i called back another time to use the credit, there was no credit. I will say it’s always the evening crew that makes mistakes on our orders and they never seem to make it right, especially for deliveries.

    Terrible experience with Jimmy John’s. The delivery took almost 2 hours, and when I went through the drive thru to pick up my order, they completely forgot I was there even after we had already spoken. On top of that, they messed up two of my orders. The service inside the restaurant was just as bad as the delivery. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had from a food place.

    My wife and I usually order delivery while we work from home or are in meetings, and recently deliveries have taken longer and longer. Failing to meet the previous "Freaky Fast" delivery promise, most often caused by using third-party delivery such as Uber. If you're in the delivery area, don't order delivery, pick it up yourself and save the 30-40 minute wait for 5 minutes or less of travel.
