    My opinion since when I went into the worker, she greeted me but when I told I was to pay with cash, she looked. I’m a little bit weird but when I said oh, here’s my phone for the app I saw her entered the cash that I inserted so she couldn’t accept my app rewards. I’ve worked in touch before so I know you can do it after pay, but she just didn’t want to

    95% of the workers here are great! Yet there is this one girl that I’ve encountered many times and I’ve always had a frustrating experience with her. The first time I let it slide and told my self that maybe she wasn’t having a good day..but then it happened regularly! She would be rude and stuff and would always have a mean expression maybe it’s her lashes but no it’s her person in general..I would say thank you and she wouldn’t even answer. Yes I’m aware that’s not a big deal but is she not required to be nice? That’s the job she signed up for. I’m sure many customers have had this experience with her but they don’t say anything but she cannot be rude to people when they only want to order a drink. I am not aware of the name of this employee but she is hispanic, each time she had a slick back and has lashes that look like caterpillars but like kinda whispy in a bad way. Please talk with her because that behavior is UNACCEPTABLE as a Brorista

    Waited 30 minutes for them to serve 6 people headed of me. Sat and watched them clean instead of serve customers

    I love Durch Bros! This is the most unfriendly location on the west coast, by far! I hope it was just a bad morning, but I left very disappointed. I'm on vacation and was looking forward to the usual pick-me-up energy you get at a Dutch Bros. Not here. ☹️
