  Really disappointed. Dominos doesnt deliver to my home in the country so I made a trip across town for a pickup just before school pickup. There was traffic due to school hours and after sitting in all the traffic I arrived to see my order, sitting there ready to go, but they refused to give it to me saying they cancelled it because I "took too long." Pretty sure the two young men working just wanted to be able to eat the cancelled order. They said I could place a new order and wait but I didnt have time so I wasted my gas and time sitting in traffic and now my son and his friends will be without pizza for their play date. Im pretty upset. I placed the order at 12:50 for 1:30 pickup and arrived at about 1:50pm. I dont understand the issue and wasnt offered a reason other than "I cancelled it so I cant give it to you."

  The food is standard Domino's quality, but the curbside pickup is non-existent at this location. Every time I select 'Curbside Pickup ' and enter my vehicle info, the order tracker skips check-in process entirely once it’s out of the oven. It seems like the staff is marking orders as 'delivered’ / ‘picked up’ before I can collect my food, to keep their timers down—I watched my app jump from 'In the Oven' to 'Enjoy!' while I was still sitting in the parking lot. If you aren't going to actually bring the food out, please don't offer the option.
