  Stopped by on 5-3 with my friend to get something to eat. Tried using the menu QR code on the tables, was pleasantly shocked to see Orange Julius on the menu! Tried ordering..."Sorry, no, we don't have that." Wound up ordering popcorn shrimp, a burger and fries, and a slurpee/ice cream drink (I forget the name). That showed up in ~4 minutes, but the food didn't arrive until **22** minutes after I ordered. The lady behind the cash register was likely new, as she had a "deer in the headlights" look about everything *except* the burger combo. Lead had to help...after about 4 minutes of standing there as the gal didn't want to interrupt the lead (who was helping drive thru but was on a personal call, evidenced by the "love you!" as she hung up). I'll never darken the doorstep of this place ever again. Feel free to do so if you enjoy waiting 20+ minutes for your food and deal with a staff who are either completely oblivious or flatly don't care.

  Lady who worked the drive thru today was rude when I asked for a breakdown of the order and receipt. They burnt my order, and forgot the pickles and sundae as well. Why repeat the order back to me if you’re gonna forget? I worked a drive thru, and i understand the frustrations that comes with it. But I never treated a customer the way she treated me.

  im not one to usually complain at a fast food restroom i understand its a sucky job. I went through the drive thru and asked for a slushy then we just instantly said its that it..? and said no id like the pretzel sticks and asked if they could give me ranch instead of the queso but before i could finish my question i got interrupted abrasively and said he cant do that he cant put that in so i said ok no problem i was going to go to the window and just ask for a side ranch but when i went before i could even ask he just told me go park by the trash can and closed the window. its not a big problem i just felt like i was wasting their time by just ordering some food and it just felt off and it wasnt very welcoming.plus they didn’t even close the queso lid just set it on top causing a huge mess.

  The chocolate ice cream tasted like a frosty from Wendy's it was really bad I originally only went to dairy Queen to pick up a card from someone from K-pop demon hunters the service we got wasn't good because they wouldn't give us the right amount of ice cream wouldn't give us more chocolate without charging

  The person who took my order was very nice. She chatted a bit with me and my granddaughter while we waited for our order. My only problem was they didn't really take the time to mix in my strawberries and chocolate pieces to my blizzard so I ended up with just ice cream in the last half.
