Yesterday I watched an employee eat 3 pieces of steak while preparing it for customers to eat. He also walked by the chips and helped himself to one chip and ate it. This evening I returned to buy some chips and pico and observed the same employee refilling the chicken pan on the serving line while snacking on the chicken. Seeing this happen 2 days in a row makes me wonder if this is considered a normal practice there. It raises serious concerns about food handling and sanitation. If I knew there was a add photo spot I would have taken a picture.

When I pay a premium price for double protein. I expect more than two half scoops. I have watched them do this at all chipotles. You say chicken, you get heaping scoop. You say double chicken, you get 2 half scoops.

This is a food hygiene concern and has left me hesitant to order from this location again. Ordering in person would be better so you can watch your order being made.
