  This location has ruined Burgerville for my gf and I. We would always go out of our way to get Burgerville, driving to wilsonville/canby from salem at a couple times a month. Too many times this location has messed up our order (missing items/prepared wrong). My gf's parents live a few blocks away so I we would go frequently once the woodburn location opened. Now we hardly ever consider going to Burgerville, even though we pass one multiple times a week.

  I don't know what kind of advanced mathematical equation we accidentally ordered at the drive-thru, but apparently "burgers and cheeseburgers" was enough to completely break the system. We had to repeat our order what felt like 15 freaking times. BURGERS. AND. CHEESEBURGERS. That's it. 😂 We weren't ordering a burger with exactly 17 pickles, half a slice of cheese, the tears of a Himalayan goat, and ketchup applied at a precise 37-degree angle. Just basic burgers and cheeseburgers. COME ON!!! Then we get to the window and apparently customer service decided to take the day off too. No "Hi." No "How are you?" Nothing. Just basically, "Give me money." *hands food* Goodbye. Alright...whatever. Maybe the burgers will save this experience. Nope. The burgers are just bland and boring. There's absolutely nothing memorable about them. Nothing that makes me think, "Damn, I need another Burgerville burger." I'm pretty sure I could get a better burger from a gas station. And that's saying something, because with a gas station burger you're not only gambling with your taste buds, you're potentially gambling with the next several hours of your digestive system. At least Burgerville probably wins that category. Hopefully. 😂 Would I come back? Maybe if every gas station in Oregon simultaneously ran out of burgers and I was really, REALLY hungry.

  Last night the lady in the drive through handed me my food after making snarky remarks, then she kept talking about me to her coworker when she thought I had drove off. Unprofessional and rude.

  Lady cashier in the drive through window tonight was rude. Maybe next time make sure your customer leaves before making faces at them and cussing under your breath. Overpriced food for McDonald’s quality.

  Low star rating due to the disorganized staff at this new location during their slow time. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They made a mistake on every order either missing an item or mixing up orders. This location is desperately needs a better manager or shift lead. We came in at noon on Saturday 9/13 the dining room had one family of four waiting for food ( who got theirs order much later than us) and two cars parked curbside waiting for awhile for their drive through... We went to order and the cashier did not greet nor could not understand anything they were saying due to their quiet voice. There was one teen staff girl hanging out with her boyfriend and his friends? I saw an older adult male who I assume is the manager as the only line cook unable to redirect teen staff to be more productive and to help get orders completed..3 teens on shift are standing/sitting around. Couldn’t imagine how this location functions when they actually have a line of people or more than a few orders. Would not come back to this location will stick to Albany location.
