  Today I drove out of my way as something drew me to purchase from your store today. Heather was at the drive through and met me and my passenger at the drive through She heard our order clearly, helped us with discounts and excellent customer service

  Skimped on 1/2lb roast beef. Waited like 10 minutes for the car in front of me just to receive three drinks… I fish almost every single day. I know what a half pound feels like and when they handed me that light bag, I knew I got ripped off. The Salem location I go to doesn’t skimp me.. will never go to this one again after paying nine dollars for a sandwich that was just about the same as a normal roast beef.. retrain your franchisees Arby’s they’re skimping people!

  The manager Heather is absolutely amazing and was able to get my order out to me fast and fresh. Inforts got the wrong order but she made it right so fast that it wasnt even a problem. Kudos to her!!!

  Ordered 2 classic beef and cheddar with extra red ranch. Got one with no red ranch and one with extra cheese sauce and regular amount of red ranch. This is the second time they have messed up my order in the last couple months. Won't be back.
