- EBElizabeth Benavides3 days ago2.0I am really disappointed with this location. On 07/03/26 I made a mobile order to pick up for my work lunch. I work night shift so the convenience of mobile order and pick lane on my commute makes this location ideal and should come with ease. I ordered a bowl with rice, beans, chicken x2, veggies,queso,red salsa,corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, guac, and lettuce. Some of these add ons are extra mind you. I made it to the location for pick-up scheduled for 05:40pm. There was a car before me before I pulled up, got my bag and got some side sauces. Left to work which is a 30 minute drive. Once I got to eat my lunch and saw how my bowl was made..wrong. I already had a previous experience with the quality of their bowls at this location and I get that there are portions to follow but the servings had to be off and it looked like someone just rushed through it. Now with this experience of getting my order made wrong, charged for toppings I paid for which were not included is just disappointing. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location. I tried calling and I don’t have the time to go back and forth and look like a terrible customer for a service I paid for but did not receive.

Anyways, I ordered the "New Chipolte Honey Chicken", the Spanish guy that was handling the meat area did a full scoop, saw it was too much so shook off into just a half scoop. I would of voiced my concern , but I was angry and didn't want my anger to get the best of me holding up the line. It looks like this is a normal thing at this location base off the reviews P/S: I should of taken a photo & gotten the employee name. I was upset and just left, didn't want to cause a scene I will take a photo next time and edit this review. I truly hope Chipotle management of this store reads this and make
