They were almost out of rice so our rice portion was half of the normal amount. Then they told me they charge for asking for things on the side. I always eat my bowl in 2 sittings and like to get things on the side so they dont get soggy. You can ask for 2 things on the side free. So I paid $1.60 for a tablespoon of lettuce. I was super thrown off and should have just used my lettuce from home, which is also annoying.

They barely put any in the bowl, the rice is often hard or stale, and the chips are almost always stale too. The food just doesn’t taste fresh, and the quality has been bad pretty much every time I’ve gone. Definitely one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve been to. They seriously need to fix the food quality and portion sizes.
