- JCJoey Crosby4 days ago1.0I dont usually leave bad reviews but this is hands down the absolute worst and slowest chicken fila ever!!!!! Every time I go i sit in line for 20 minutes for them to say sorry heres a free card for next time. There wont be a next time!

- DSDebra SheetsMay 9, 20264.0Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the new Jalapeno Ranch (spicy) , 1 large fry and mac and cheese. The sandwiches were delicious of course ! The mac and cheese was piping Hot and delicious! One disappointment though. All of the waffle fries were broken little pieces and so cold that they weren't actually eaten. Very disappointed in the quality. More care could have been taken to ensure better Quality!

The layout and way this location is run is strange and inefficient. Thank you to the server helping us, but probably won’t be back to this location.
- TLTiffany LongMay 3, 20261.0The new-ish woodvillage location has no indoor dining. You have to wait at the counter for your order which they didn't tell me. They did not offter to bring it over to the table area, they do not call your name in the table area. B/C I was not informed of this our fries were cold. The Fries were also very bland and needed salt badly. I ordered two chicken sandwiches one with and one with out pickles. Neither had pickles. I ordered two 8 piece nuggest, they looked a little dark like overcooked/burned. The trash next to the locked bathroom that is less than 3 feet from the employee that was taking drive thru orders was OVERflowing with trash. I need to stress it was NOT busy when we were there. It's also never seemed busy when I drive by, now I know why. It's a poorly managed location. These employees REALLY need to get trained better if this location is going to succeed. As it stands were it not for the name Chick-fil-A I would NOT be going back and it will be a while before I give it another try.
