    I really wish Buffalo Wild Wings in Wood Village would turn the music down. Every time I come here, the music is so loud that it’s difficult to hear the person sitting right next to me, and it makes it hard to enjoy a meal and have a conversation. I understand this is a sports bar and that some noise is part of the atmosphere, but the volume is often excessive. It’s also important to remember that some customers, including people with autism and other sensory sensitivities, can be genuinely distressed by extremely loud music. Is there any reason the music needs to be played this loudly? Is there a way management could turn it down to a more reasonable level? I would really enjoy coming here more often if I could actually have a conversation while eating.

    Went to enjoy dinner with the family. Sat right away, no wait. However, no one came to our table to greet us, no water, no drinks, no order. After no acknowledgement of our presence for 25 minutes, we left. Nothing was said.

    Haven't been to bww in awhile and was quickly reminded why tonight. We were greeted and told it would be a few mins to be seated while they cleaned a table, although there was more than a handful of others available. We're taken to our table and theres a busted ranch underneath that I didnt notice and stepped in. Asked to go to another booth and she says "yeah if thats what you wanna do." Could have just sat us at a clean table to start with. Ordered hatch queso for app. Chips were stale. Dos equis for beer. First one, extremely flat, assumed it was bc of all the salt sitting in the bottom of the glass. Sent it back & showed the staff how to wipe the inner rim of salt so that wont happen but they were unable to do that. Ended up getting a salt rimmed glass and a glass of dos to pour myself, still flat. Think the keg needs changed. Wings were cold. Burger was cold. Buffalo chips (potato slices) also seemed like they were sitting out for awhile. Hardly any Buffalo on the crispy buffalo salad, had to ask for an extra side. Also, I wish restaurants would chop the protein up before serving the salad to you. Gets really messy when I have to do it with a butter knife. We had 3 different servers during our time here. Final guy asked how everything was and said "let me see what we can do." Proceeded to do nothing. Didnt see him again lol

    The wings weren’t amazing, but the place was clean and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, a good value for the money.

    We had a short wait to be seated. When we were finally seated they put us in a corner booth next to a large family with small children. They let the children run around yelling, but they were finished eating so we thought they would be leaving soon. We waited at least 15 minutes before our server, Jenny, came to the table to greet us. She apologized for the delay and said she would take our food order with our drink order so we didn’t have to wait longer. She also asked us if we wanted to move tables, but as I mentioned, we thought the large group would leave soon because they were finished. We placed our order which included the sampler appetizer. Jenny offered to let us get a 5th dipping sauce for our appetizer for the wait. Our appetizer arrived first, brought by the host. Jenny came shortly after with our drinks. I mentioned that the additional sauce was missing. She brought that back pretty quickly and then we didn’t see her again. Our meals came out shortly after finishing the appetizer and were brought by another employee. I ordered a salad but didn’t have silverware. I asked the person who brought the meal for silverware. She returned with a plastic fork. She said she couldn’t find silverware but would let our server know I needed some. If you’ve ordered the salad you’ll know the chicken comes in strips and I needed a knife to cut it into small pieces. Our server never returned to our table until we were finished with our meal. We never received drink refills either. Once the check was brought she said we could pay on the kiosk. The check was not loaded onto the kiosk. We waited around 10 minutes for her to come back, she did not. We finally took the check to the counter to pay.
