  Went in to get some after dinner treats with my lady. Walking through the door there was a young man cleaning the floors. He was rolling up the walkway mat with his bare hands. He greeted us and immediately went behind the register to take our order. Hands still covered in floor grime. I thought he is just going to take my order and someone else was going to make our order. After placing our order he reached over and grabbed a cup. Before we could comment he began moving around the prep area touching everything in sight. We asked his coworker to please have him wash his hands. He came to the hand washing station gave a dirty look and proceeded to wash his hands for around 5 seconds didn't see any soap applied. Once we received our order. My girl and I were both so disgusted we walked out placing our order directly in the trash. We then drove across the street to Johnny's where they took care of our needs. We will NEVER return to Dirty Queen.

  Good kids, gave me like 6 chicken strips after I ordered a 4pc and only got 3pc. Food was delicious as always. Never have had a problem with location despite the karen reviews that plague this place

  I usually don't have to many complaints about this place. Today I ordered some blizzards and milkshakes, first off the person working the window couldn't be in a bigger rush even though we were the only one there. The blizzards were all melted and overflowing all over as she handed them to me and the milkshakes were like water. Not sure what the deal was but what a waste of mone.

  Fries cold. Burger was like chewing leather. But the young lady at the counter was super pleasant.

  We usually don’t have too many issues with DQ. Food is what you expect. The customer service is usually fair until you get to the manager. She was not a nice person, had a very rude tone, treated me and my family like we were idiots when we asked an off the menu question. I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience quite like the interaction with her. She could benefit from an attitude adjustment or a new job if she doesn’t want to do her job and treat customers with respect when they ask questions regarding their menu and ingredients. We will not be returning.
