  They are playing super loud music outside. The music is so loud that the other day someone crashed in their drive-through. He WAS RUSHED TO HOSPITAL AND PROBABLY LOST HIS LIFE !!! But these sonic people still refuse to turn down the volume!!! Ne regard for human life

  As long as you don't get served by the general manager; he's not as menu- knowledge as the other staff. UPDATE: On Saturday, 15 August, my husband ordered our usual - Diet Dr. Pepper for me, and French Vanilla cold brew for him, both Route 44 size. When he got back, I could tell my drink was NOT Diet Dr. Pepper, because it had purple colouring, as well as lime slices in it. When I asked my husband who served him, he simply stated, "the General Manager." As a former restaurant manager myself, I would have fired him, but I guess Sonic's is cool with this type of customer service. We have NEVER had this issue before, so its interesting our order would be messed up the first time the GM - who we have complained about - serves us...

  Our drive-up experience was super sonic! Wow! The food was good, but what really made our visit, was the service! The guy taking our order (Sean) offered to run out with a sample of the Smasher Sauce, since I had never tried it and was debating putting it on my burger. He was super great to communicate with! Love that it was a kind person instead of a lifeless touch screen. The gentleman who brought us our food came back while we were eating, after he had made another delivery, to tell us that he noticed there was broken glass on the ground so that we could avoid it and that he would get it swept up. Seriously, this was such a good visit! Also, the Blue Coconut Cream Slush was soooo good! And the onion rings... the best ever! And the complimentary mints, such a nice finishing touch!

  After a super long day, we walked from our hotel to get food here in the middle of a summer night and it was a pretty good idea. ⭐️

  I took my family here after a day at the splash pad. We will not be coming again. First, they must’ve cancelled our order or something, because it took nearly an hour to get??? Even though others came through and got their stuff (not much) faster. Then, my grandmother got a chocolate milkshake. That was not a milkshake, it was glorified whipped cream. There was literally 20% ice cream and 80% whipped topping. The chocolate wasn’t even mixed in! Even six hours later she is complaining about her horrifically sad excuse for a milkshake. Then, they were somehow out of cherry limeade??? HOW do you run out of cherry limeade??? Anyways, long story short, if you were considering this place, I urge you to rethink that.
